High-speed and high-accuracy image processing and XY theta positioning control are integrated into a postcard-size unit.
A postcard-size unit with the dimensions of W131 mm x D102 mm contributes space saving, realizing high-speed and high-accuracy image processing and pulse output control. 4-axis configuration unit enables a control of XY theta table and one more axis.
No need for Programmable Logic Controller realized cost reduction and less wiring at the same time.
Since the unit does not require image positioning unit of PLC, cost and man hour for the connection can be reduced.

The amount of displacement can be measured by double speed camera, Sharp's unique partial image capture function and high-speed and high-accuracy gray search. Since the measured data can be directly converted to pulse signals for motor drive, no need for sending and receiving the data between image processing unit and image positioning control unit. Higher speed positioning was realized.
With the dedicated remote setting key, image processing and teaching of motor coordinates can be easily set up.
All the setting including coordinate teaching of XY theta table, parameters, and program creation can be made with the dedicated remote setting key. No need to calculate output pulse for positioning. Just select and input about 30 types of instruction words to set up the operation of positioning. Each parameter can also be set up easily by selecting from the menu.

Using the coordinates on the XY theta table as teaching points, you can register (program operation) up to 100 points by looking at the screen. Teaching with remote setting key can be possible. |
