What is Superheated Steam?

Major characteristics:

How Superheated Steam is created

Superheated Steam is a clear, colorless gas obtained by heating ordinary steam at 100°C to a higher temperature under normal pressure. With its high heat transfer capabilities, it is applied to a wide range of fields including food preparation methods such as roasting. Sharp applied* this technology to a home-use cooking appliances.
